Velluto® biobased
Normal cleaning of solid surface material Velluto® biobased only requires a moist cloth and a mild household cleanser like the care products from Pure Effect or Cif and rinse with water afterwards. When using Cif, we recommend cleaning the entire surface in a circular motion to maintain uniformity of the matt white finish.
In case a mild cleanser will not remove a limescale stain, soak the affected area in household vinegar mixed with water and leave for about 20-30 minutes. After that, rinse with water and dry with a clean cloth. This process can be repeated as often as needed, depending on the tenacity of the limescale.
Never use aggressive cleansers like chloride solvents, strong acids and products used in the paint sector.
Remove spilled nail polish with a non-acetone-based nail polish remover and rinse with water.
Do not pour hot fluids in or on top of your product. The temperature of the water used should not exceed 55°Celcius in order to prevent thermic shock.

Oak
The best way to clean your oak Basq tray is to use a moist cloth with a mild household cleanser (green soap for example).
Never use any abrasive or aggressive cleaners as this will damage the surface.
Stainless steel
Dry your tapware with a soft cloth after use on a daily base. Clean your stainless steel tapware on a weekly base with water and a normal mild household cleanser. Even better if you use a special cleaning agent for stainless steel available on the market. Always use the cleaning agent as described on the packaging. After cleaning rinse the tapware well with with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
