A lot of our products can be personalized in colors of your choice. These products are produced specially for you and therefore cannot be returned as is the case for standard products.

Shipping
We offer 'EU standard shipping' for which you will get an online quote and 'Custom shipping' for which our sales team will reach out to you and offer shipping that suits your needs.
Only choose for EU standard shipping if the delivery requirements set out below suit your situation.
EU standard shipping
We offer 'EU standard shipping' to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Standard shipping is 'door step delivery', this means the delivery driver will not bring the products inside of your home. In case of a an appartment building, the door step is considered the first (communal) door step.
Please take this in consideration for large items like baths. We recommend to have your baths shipped to the warehouse of your plumber who is responsible for installation.
Custom shipping
For all shipping options not covered by the EU standard shipping method listed above, (outside EU, difficult access, ... ) our sales team will reach out to you to work out the best shipping solution.
